Notes:
– Due to the thermal capacity of the sensor,
it is necessary to place it in a container
with at least 2 liters of water.
– Leave the sensor and reference
thermometer in the vessel for at least 15
minutes (in the case of temperature
differences of more than 10 °C for at least
one hour) with occasional stirring so that
the temperatures equalize.
