Locate  the  document  file  (Excel, Word,  Power  Point  and  Pdf)  on  a local 

hard drive, optical disc or network drive and copy it to WOW Gateway 

 

Choose  the  Yes  or  No  option  to  make  file  Shared  or  Private  on  WOW 

Gateway. 

 

To copy YouTube Streaming files to WOW Gateway: 

 

Go to the Streaming Player 

 tab 

 

Select a YouTube Video ID/URL from YouTube History 

 

Click the Add Selected Media to Gateway button. 

 

 

Enter the YouTube Media file name and click on Ok button to save in the 

Gateway Playing media list.  

 
 

To remove a media file from WOW Gateway: 

 

Go to the WOW Gateway 

 tab 

 

Select the files to delete 

 

Click the Delete Media button 

 
 

To download media file from WOW Gateway: 

 

Go to the WOW Gateway 

 tab 

 

Select the file to download 

 

Click the Download 

 button 

 

Select the destination to download the selected media
