2.4 Install the Rod-RH

Procedure
2.4.1
Link the lower extreme of Rod-RH screw thread
with fork weldment, and spin to limiting nut.

2.4.2
Assemble the upper side of Rod-RH onto the
right side of the handle with the pin and the nut M6.

2.4.3
Press right side of the handle, the belt moves
1/4
″
with 10 pounds of pressure, it means the tension
of the belt is all right, or else adjust Rod-RH.

2.4.4
Disconnect the link between the upper side of
Rod-RH and the right side of handle, loosen lower
limit nut, rotate clockwise, shorten the length, and
connect the upper side of the Rod-RH with the right
side of the handle.
2.4.5
Press handle-RH, repeat steps of 2.4.3 and 2.4.4,
till fulfill the requirement.

2.5 Install the Speed Selector Rod

Procedure
2.5.1
Install the speed selector rod into the punch
position, fix the speed selector rod on adjusting plate
and speed selector handle weldment.
2.5.2
Add washer 10 on the selector rod, and secure it
with a pin XSZ56-1-17.
