2.1 Install the Rack Handle

Procedure
2.1.1
Pull out locking ring combination of both sides.
Remove the rear wheels combination of both sides
outward to extreme position, but not off the axle.
2.1.2
Assemble the rack handle to the punch position,
secure it with bolt M8×18, washer 8 and belleville
washers 8.
2.1.3
Move the rear wheels combination inward. Link
locking ring combination with axle. (FIG 1)

2.2 Install the Handle

2.2.1
Assemble the handle combination to the handle
bracket with bolt M8×45, bolt XSZ56-1-15, washer 8,
and nut M8.

Note
:
Leave bolt M8×45 loose until the chute control
rod is installed.

2.3 Install the Rod-LH

Procedure
2.3.1
Thread a flange nut with the flange down onto
the traction rod attached to the left side of the handle.
Position the left side of the handle against the side of
the snow thrower and insert the end of the traction rod
through the lower traction rod loop. (FIG 3
)
2.3.2
Assemble the upper side of Rod-LH onto the left
handle with the pin and the nut M6.

2.3.3
When the speed selector handle is on Forward
position, press the left side of the handle, push the
snow thrower. If the machine could not go ahead or
encounters a large resistance, put speed selector
handle on Backward position, press the left side of the
handle, pull the snow thrower. If the machine could
not move backward, it means the Rod-LH is installed
in right place, or else adjust the Rod-LH.
Warning:
When speed selector handle is on Forward
position, press the left side of the handle, do not pull
the snow thrower. While speed selector handle is on
backward position, press the left side of the handle, do
not push the snow thrower, or else the friction pulley
will fall, the machine will not work well.
2.3.4
Loosen the nut of Rod-LH, rotate the screw
buckle counterclockwise, shorten the length of
Rod-LH, perform the step of 2.3.3, till fulfill the
requirement.
2.3.5
Tighten the nut.
