The multifunction
tool cannot be
switched on.
The socket has no
power.
− Check the socket by
connecting another
device.
The power plug 5
has not been inserted
properly.
− Check to make sure
that the power plug is
properly seated.
The power plug is not
connected to a socket.
− Insert the power plug in
a socket.
The On/Off switch 1
is stuck.
− Keep the On/Off switch
clean as described in
the chapter “Cleaning
and maintenance”.
The power plug/On/
Off switch is defective.
− Contact the customer
service team of the
manufacturer.

The tool holder
does not move
after switching on
the multifunction
tool.
There is dirt, wood
chips or other objects
located in the gap of
the tool holder.
− If necessary, pull the
power plug out of the
socket and clean the
gap of the tool holder
with a vacuum cleaner.
The multifunction tool
is defective.
− Contact the customer
service team of the
manufacturer.

The oscillation/
speed can not
be increased or
decreased.

− If necessary, clean the
speed control and the
gap with a vacuum
cleaner.
