Troubleshoot
18.1 Turning ON
When the ON/OFF button is pressed in order to start the SMARTIS and nothing happens, please check you power
supply. A stable power supply is essential for correct SMARTIS behavior.
18.2 Connection error
When you can not connect to the SMARTIS via web‐browser, check that you have typed in correct IP address. In
case that you do not know the IP address of the SMARTIS, you can press and hold the
RESET
button for more
than 5 seconds to reset the SMARTIS IP address to default
10.0.0.225
. After that Status LED starts to blink orange
and the SMARTIS will reboot with the default IP address.
18.3 Factory Default
If you want to reset the SMARTIS to its Factory default state, press and hold the RESET button for more than 30
seconds.
Note
: All of your saved data, settings and FW updates will be erased.
