TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM

Grader does not sit
properly on skid
steer attachment
plate.
1. Obstruction between grader and
attachment plate.
1. Check to see that the attachment
plate is free of foreign obstacles.
Make sure attachment plate pins are
fully retracted.
Shearpin arm and/or
plate weldment
bent.
1. Hard bolt or shearpin installed.
1. Use only factory 5/16” X 2 1/2”
standard shearpins or Grade 2 bolt.
Laser system
problem.
1. See laser owner’s manual.
Electric controls
don’t match grader
blade movement.
1. Electrical connections incorrect.
2. Broken wire.
1. Refer to wiring diagram and laser
manual.
2. Check wiring harness and switch con-
nections.
Grader blade
inoperative.
1. Auxiliary hydraulic hoses not con-
nected.
2. Auxiliary hydraulics not engaged.
3. Skid steer auxiliary hydraulic con-
trol lever or pedal is operated in
wrong direction (check valve only
allows correct flow direction).
4. No electric power to valve.
5. Blown fuse.
1. Connect hoses. See

Installation/Removal

2. Turn on auxiliary hydraulics.
3. Change direction of auxiliary hydraulic
control (refer to skid steer operation
manual).
4. Check electrical connections.
5. Check fuse in wire harness. Replace
if necessary.
