Muffler on control valve is clogged. Replace.



Insufficient air pressure and/or cfm. Check main

source. Check regulator setting.

Throttle Valve does

not rotate drive
fitting.



Check all hoses & push fittings. The hoses

running from the throttle valve to the air motor
must be completely seated onto the push-fittings.

Air is leaking from

the throttle valve.

Motor only turns in
one direction.
