Electric equipment with expired service life and environmental
protection
Should your electric equipment be so intensively used that it must
be replaced one day, or there is no other use for it, please think about
protection of the environment. Electric equipment does not belong to
usual domestic waste. It can be dealt with in an environmentally friendly
manner.

WARRANTY
01. Workers Best grants a warranty of 36 months from the purchase date as long as the
device is used as intended (see the item on Intended Use). This warranty is valid for
all material and manufacturing faults. More extensive liability claims of any kind that
are based directly or indirectly on persons and/or materials, are excluded.
02. In case of a malfunction or defect, please always first contact your Workers Best
dealer. Your Workers Best dealer can usually directly fix the malfunction or defect.
03. Repair or replacement of the defective part does not extend the original warranty
period.
04. The warranty does not apply to defects that are the result of improper handling or
normal wear and tear.
05. All wear parts are excluded from this warranty.
6. YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM IS ONLY VALID IF
• You supply proof of purchase in form of a sales receipt (with date of purchase)
• You supply a completely filled out warranty form
• No third party worked on the product and/or replaced parts
• The product was not handled improperly
• There is no evidence of an act of God
• You provide a description of the defect or malfunction
07. The conditions of this warranty are valid in conjunction with our delivery and sales
conditions.
