MAINTENANCE
Fasten cutting blade (Fig.8)
After long operation, the cutting blade maybe loosen or some little
clearance generated on the two blades. Just follow below steps to
re-fasten the blades:
1. Remove the battery pack firstly.
Note: this step is very very important, failure to do so, it
will maybe cause to seriously injury.
2. Using hand screwdriver to loosen the cover screws.
3. Using the spanner to fasten the screw nut(10).
4. After the screw nut(10) fastened, using the 2.5mm hex
wrench to re-tighten the set screw (11) again.
5. After that, assemble back the gear box cover and fasten the
screws.
Lubricate the cutting element (Fig.9)
Lubricate at least twice per day (early morning and early
afternoon).
1. Remove the battery pack firstly.
Note: this step is very very important, failure to do so, it
will maybe cause to seriously injury.
2. Drip 3-5 drop oil into the lubrication port.
3. After that, insert back battery pack and power on to operate
the tool for a while under no-load to make the oil lubricate
each part in it.
Sharpen the blade (Fig.10)
After long time cutting, the blade will a liitle blunt, do as following
to re-sharpen the blade:
1. Remove the battery pack firstly. Note: this step is very
very important, failure to do so, it will maybe cause to
seriously injure.
2. Using the whetstone to grinder the blade tip.
Repalcing the movable cutting blade (Fig.11)
Sometimes the blade would be damaged by some hard materials,
so as need to follow below step to replace it:
1. Remove the battery pack firstly.
Note: this step is very very important, failure to do so, it
will maybe cause to seriously injury.
2. Using hand screwdriver to loosen the cover screws,then
remove the plastic cover.
3. Using the 2.5mm hex wrench to loosen the set screw(11) and
remove it.
4. Using the spanner to loosen the screwnut and remove
it then.
5. Take off the snap ring on the blade and gear assembly.
Changing the blade with a new one.
6. Re-assembly all above.
Repalcing the Static cutting blade (Fig.12)
Sometimes the blade would be damaged by some hard
materials, so as need to follow below step to replace it:
1. Remove the battery pack firstly.
Note: this step is very very important, failure to do
so, it will maybe cause to seriously injury.
2. Using hand screwdriver to loosen the cover screws on
the tool body, then remove the tool housing.
3. Using the 4mm hex wrench to loosen and remove the
fixing screw(4) and remove it.
4. Remove the toothed ring.
5. Using the 5mm hex wrench to loosen and remove the
toothed screw on the oil port and remove it then.
Note:
This toothed screw is a left-handed screw, so
need to turn clockwise to looen it.
6. Take off the static blade and replace it with a new one.
7. Re-assembly all above.
After pruning/storage
1. Press down and hold the action trigger (5) for at least 6
seconds. You will hear two beep sounds and the blade
will completely closed. Then release the trigger. The
balde now locked on the safety closed position.
2. Remove the battery pack from the tool.
3. Clean the exterior of tool thoroughly using a soft brush
and cloth. Do not use water, solvents or polishes.
Remove all debris.
4. There is a oil lubricate hole(3) on the blade. Always
lubricate the cutting blade with lubricate oil before
storage.see fig 9.
5. Store the tool in a secure, dry place out of reach of
children.
CAUTION!
Do not leave the tool outside when not in
use. Do not place other objects on top of the tool
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
In order to prevent the machine from damage during transport, it is delivered in a sturdy packaging. Most of the packaging
materials can be recycled. Take these materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take your unwanted machines to your local
dealer. Here they will be disposed of in an environmentally safe way.
Li-ion batteries can be recycled. Deliver them to a disposal site for chemical waste so that they can be recycled or
disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Discarded electric appliances are recyclable and should not be discarded in the domestic waste! Please actively
support us in conserving resources and protecting the environment by returning this appliance to the collection
centres (if available).
