Mounting the line spool (see fig. 6)
1. Remove all fasten elements and blade.
2. Put the line spool onto the left-thread shaft.
3. Lock the shaft and turn the line spool anti-clockwise to
fasten it.
Mounting the carrying strap (see fig. 7)
Hang the carrying strap (28) from the mountinghook.
Installing or removing battery cartridge (Fig. 8)
CAUTION:
• Always switch off the tool before installing or removing of the
battery cartridge.
•
Hold the tool and the battery cartridge firmly when
installing or removing battery cartridge.
Failure to hold the
tool and the battery cartridge firmly may cause them to slip off
your hands and result in damage to the tool and battery cartridge
and a personal injury.
To remove the battery cartridge, slide it from the tool while
sliding the button on the front of the cartridge.
To install the battery cartridge, align the tongue on the battery
cartridge with the groove in the housing and slip it into place.
Insert it all the way until it locks in place with a little click. If you
can see the red indicator on the upper side of the button, it is not
locked completely.
CAUTION:
• Always install the battery cartridge fully until the red indicator
cannot be seen. If not, it may accidentally fall out of the tool,
causing injury to you or someone around you.
• Do not install the battery cartridge forcibly. If the cartridge does
not slide in easily, it is not being inserted correctly.
NOTE:
• The tool does not work with only one battery cartridge.
Remaining battery capacity indication (Fig. 9)
Press the check button (6) to make the battery indicators show
the remaining battery capacities. The battery indicators
correspond to each battery. Left indicator (4) shows upper
battery, and right indicator (5) shows lower battery.

Power switch action (fig.10)
Keep pressing the power switch button(10) on the handle at
least 2 seconds, so that the tool is powered on and power
indicator lights. The default speed is highest speed, so if you
want to use some small speed, you can press the power switch
again.
This machine designed 3 type of speed for different kinds of
working materials. Select the desire speed by pressing the
power switch button.
WARNING:
• Before inserting the battery cartridge (1) into the tool, always
check to see that the actuating trigger(12) actuates properly and
re
turns to the “OFF” position when released. Do not pull the
actuating trigger hard without pressing the safety lock-off
lever(11). This can cause switch breakage.
Battery Charging (Fig.13)
1. Plug the battery charging into the 220VAC socket; The
power indicator light on green.
2. Slide the battery pack into the slot of battery chrger,
after hear a click, the battery pack was secured. The
power indicator light off, and meanwhile the charging
indicator light on red. The charging process starts.
3. After around 50min to 1hour, the charging indicator
light will off,and meanwhile the power indicator light
green on again. It denotes the charging process is
completely finished.
4. Pull out the charger plug, and then pull off the battery
pack form charger.
Charging tips (Fig.14)
After using, the battery pack probably a little bit hot. In that
case, the battery pack can not be charged in.It need to
have a rest, let it cool down.
Battery volume indicator (fig. 15)
The battery pack has a feature to indicator which volume
status. To show this feature, just press the button on the
housing..
1 light on means the volume remains below 10%;
2 lights on means the volume remains 10% to 25%
3 lights on means the volume remains 25% to 50%
4 lights on means the volume remains 50% to 75%
5 lights on means the volume remains 75% to 100%
OPERATION
Correct posture
WARNING:
•
Always position the tool on your right-hand side so
that the shaft of the left handle is always in front of
your body.
Correct positioning of the tool allows for
maximum control and will reduce the risk of serious
personal injury caused by kickback.
As shown in the figure fit the shoulder harness and hang
the tool firmly on your right side so that the shaft of the left
handle is always ahead of you.
Adjustment of the hanger position and shoulder
harness (fig 11)
When replacing battery or accessories with others, the
weight balance of the tool may change. In such case,
adjust the hanger position and shoulder harness length as
follows.
To change the hanger position, loosen the fixing screw on
the hanger with the supplied wrench and then move the
hanger and the cushion. The cushion can be moved easily
by twisting it.
Adjust the hanger position and shoulder harness length so
that:
(Fig. 11)
– the hanger positions 750 mm or higher from the ground,
– the cutting tool positions 100 mm to 300 mm high from
the ground and
– the unguarded part of cutting tool is horizontally 750 mm
or farther away from the hanger.
After adjusting the hanger position, tighten the screw with
the wrench securely.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
• Always be sure that the tool is switched off and battery cartridge is removed before attempting to perform inspection or
maintenance on the tool.
Failure to switch off and remove the battery cartridge may result in serious personal injury from accidental start-up.
