It can sometimes be useful to
see
the issue you have, so if possible, email a couple of photos illustrating
the problem and we’ll normally get back to you within a an hour or two (on weekdays).
Support staff are not available at the weekends, though if you send an email, it will normally be read on
the following Monday morning.
If you need support on a bike purchased from our Cambridge outlet, please note that you should call our
