• Never immerse or hold the meter under running water.
Changing the Battery
The meter operates on one 3V Lithium Coin Cell Battery which should maintain
at least 1000 blood tests. When the LCD screen displays a battery symbol,
“
”, this indicates the battery is low and should be replaced as soon as
possible.
NOTE
:
To save battery power, the meter will turn off automatically after one minute of
inactivity. All results stored in memory will be saved even if the meter shuts off
automatically. Remove the battery if unused for a long time.
