Loosen one side and one top set screw shown. Tap the blade guide forward or backward until
properly positioned.
See Figure 6-13.

Retighten the two set screws.

Adjust the outer blade guide in the same way so the blade guide flange is approximately 1/16" - 1/8"
(1.5 - 3.0 mm) from the back of the blade.
NOTE:
After adjusting the spacing of the rollers, start the blade motor for a moment. Then stop the
blade and check the spacing again.
6.11 Horizontal Tilt Adjustment

Finally, both blade guides must be tilted horizontally. Adjust the blade guide arm half way in.
