ASSEMBLY TOOLS
INTENDED USE
The Master cut 2000 is a precision saw table and a work station. It is suitable for
• the installation of a hand-held circular saw with splitting wedge on the machine plate, with the saw blade having a maximum diameter of 200 mm
and a maximum cutting depth of 70 mm. Do only use saws within the above maximum dimensions of the base plate (see Fig. 13).
Use the correct gap insert. It makes the Master cut 2000 a stationary circular saw bench.
• using it as hand-held circular saw to be moved on the guide bar for processing large ob-jects, such as doors, worktops etc. In this case,
the machine plate with the gap insert can be used as guiding carriage for the guide bar.
• using it as jigsaw table. In this case, use the gap insert for jigsaws and routers.
• using it as milling table exclusively in combination with the parallel milling guide (Art.-No. 6901000) and for 230-V routers with a maximum rating
of 1800 W. Do not use cutters with a diameter of more than 27 mm! The milling machine must not be used in combina-tion with the guide bar.
Use the gap insert for routers and jigsaws with the spacer rings.
• being used as workbench for processing work pieces (e.g. drilling, grinding etc.). The work pieces can be safely fixed with the help of the
aluminium quick clamps or with the wolf-craft one-hand clamps (Art. Nos. 3456 and 3457) by using the many clamping holes on the worktop.
• Do observe the manufacturer’s safety & other instructions for the machines used as well as the safety instructions for the machine table.
• When disposing the Master cut 2000, please observe the local disposal regulations.
The user is liable for all and any damage and accidents that have been caused by improper use.
