Troubleshooting

If your Wolf grill module is not operating properly, use the 
following troubleshooting guide before calling Wolf factory 
certified service. This guide will save you time and trouble 
and may help you avoid the expense of a service call. 

Grill module does not operate.

•

  Module is in lock mode. Touch and hold the key symbol 

for 3 seconds to unlock the control panel.

•

  Check the household fuse or circuit breaker to see if it 

has been blown or tripped. A power outage may also 
have caused a disruption in service.

•

  Verify that the electrical connection to the module has 

not been disconnected.
