Filling and commissioning may only be carried out by an authorised contractor. When
doing so, the operation and water-tightness of the entire system, including the fac-
tory-fitted parts, must be checked. Opening the ball valves slowly at the inlets and
outlets of the freshwater module will help prevent water hammer when flushing
the system. Continue filling and flushing until you are sure the system has been entirely
purged of air. Audible flow noises during operation of the buffer charging pump indicate
that there is still air in the system.
Exceeding the permissible operating pressure may result in leaks and could
destroy the cylinder.
