Remove the burner assembly from the unit.

Remove the Burner Pan

Lift the burner pan from the burner box.

Remove the Regulator

Disconnect the external gas supply line to the inlet of the
regulator from the

Use a

” combination wrench to remove the regulator

outlet line from the brass fitting.

Use a

” combination wrench to remove the retaining nut

from the regulator bracket.

Remove the regulator and regulator bracket from the unit.

” box wrench to remove the brass fitting from the

regulator outlet.

TIP: The regulator is identified as liquid propane (LP) by its red
cap.

REGULATOR INSTALLATION

Install the Regulator

Use a

8

” box wrench to install the brass fitting onto the

regulator outlet.

Place the regulator and regulator bracket in the unit.

Use a

” combination wrench to install the retaining nut

into the regulator bracket.

Use a

8

” combination wrench to install the regulator outlet

line onto the brass fitting.

Connect the external gas supply line to the

2

” NPT nipple

on the inlet of the regulator.

  WARNING

Only pipe thread compound should be used. Do not
use Teflon tape to seal gas connections.

Install the Burner Pan

Place the burner pan on the burner box.

Install All Burner Assemblies

To install each burner assembly:

1

Attach the electrode wire to the igniter.

2

Place the burner assembly into the burner pan.

3

Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the screws holding the burner
assembly to the orifice holder, torqued to 24 in lb.
