Three tips for performing flow measurements:

In the case of minor differential pressures or low flows, it may be hel-
pful to vent the test hoses evenly. To do so, disconnect red test hose
and needle adapter from the fitting. Place the needle aperture into an
empty container and open the valve briefly, until all bubbles have es-
caped from the test line. Set the valve lever of the test adapter to
P=0
for this.

If you encounter small differential pressures or low flows, it may also be
helpful – after the reset to zero – to neither change the position of the
device nor to change the routing of lines between fitting and device.
The magnetic protective bag is very helpful for that.

During longer measurements, it is recommended to check the zero-
pressure regularly. This particularly applies to environments in which
the room temperature deviates strongly from the device temperature.
To do so, observe the pressure display, with the valve in the red test
line being closed, and the valve at the test hose adapter set to position
„P = 0“. If the indicated value is not zero, you can reset the device to
zero by pressing the
„ENTER“ key
twice.
