Instructions for use
• Before first use remove any stickers, wash in hot
water and dry thoroughly.
• Use the highest setting only to heat up, turn
down the heat in good time and finish cooking
the food at moderate heat.
• Use the lowest setting especially when cooking
with little water and frying with little fat.
• Pans and lids without plastic parts are also
suitable for the oven. Please use oven gloves as
the handles can get hot in the oven.
Care and Safety instructions
• The best cooking results are achieved at medium
or low temperatures. However, should high
temperatures be necessary for frying, heat up
the pan quickly for two or three minutes before
reducing the heat.
• Never heat up the cookware when empty and
ensure that the liquid in the food does not
completely evaporate. If this is ignored the food
may burn or damage the cookware, or cause
damage to the hob.
• After use rinse in hot water as soon as possible.
• Soak residue food and remove with a sponge or
brush. (We recommend Scotch Brite cleaning
sponge “Kratzt nicht 3M”).
