Safety and Maintenance
• Inspect the brake function at regular intervals. Also check that the screws on the
brake levers are securely tightened. Lubricate the lever joints with oil, grease or oil
spray, once or twice a year.
• Avoid exposing the Turtle bus to direct sunlight for long periods. A storage cover is
available as an accessory.
• The Turtle bus is manufactured from light, but nevertheless robust materials. The
frame of the Kiddy Bus consists of tempered aluminium profiles and aluminium tu-
bing. The frame can become slightly displaced if, whilst using the bus, you hit pave-
ment edges or run over holes in the road. If this happens, the wheels will no longer
fully touch the ground. In such cases, the frame can be straightened. To do this, first
place a wooden block or a similar object under one of the rear wheels. Next, 1-2
people can press down on the front wheels until they are level again.
• Only use original spare parts.
• Repairs may only be done by a service technician or a professional.
Cleaning
•
Plastic and aluminium parts can be cleaned with water and a brush.
• Seat cushions must be hand-washed at a maximum of 30°C. No machine washing.
• Side fabrics sections and straps can be cleaned using a damp cloth.
Warranty and Complaint Conditions
• 2 year warranty on chassis, body and parts.
• Inappropriate use will void the warranty.
