RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is the procedure for returning faulty hardware for
repair or replacement.
While we take our quality control seriously, and check each system before dispatch. We
understand the importance of protecting your investment with us. Our products come with
a standard 1-year warranty. To get this, please register your product. (see page 44)
Please carefully read and understand the terms & conditions for a valid claim.
5.1 Terms and Conditions
1.
The system is covered by a one-year warranty period.
2.
The AC Adapter is covered by a one-year warranty.
3.
The chassis, VESA mounting kit (including. screws), cables, product package are not
included in the warranty.
4.
Warranty claims will be serviced through the repair or replacement (based on
condition) of the defective product.
5.
Before returning the goods buyer must contact to the seller and follow the seller's
instructions.
6.
Product must be purchased from an authorized store and re-seller. Warranty only
applies to the original purchaser of the product.
7.
The warranty duration starts from the product’s original date of purchase.
8.
Warranty is only applicable for registered products only.
9.
Warranty void if removed warranty sticker on the screws.
10.
Buyer pays the return shipping, and seller pays the 1-way shipping cost to send back
after RMA.
11.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage of data. We strongly recommend to
maintain your data backup and recovery plan before RMA process.
12.
Please keep the original package for shipping back in case of return.

Warranty claims will be void if the user,
Temper, defect or removes any stickers indicating void warranty if broken and containing
product identification information such as serial number, or part number etc.
Causes defects through accidents, improper usage, liquid immersion, failure to comply with
operating instructions, inappropriate operating conditions, improper ventilation,
unapproved repairs or modifications.
