System Time Overlay

Enable 

“System Time Overlay”

 if you want to add date and time in

minutes and seconds on each frame you will record. This is particularly
useful for video surveillance applications.

When you enable 

“System Time Overlay”, 

 it will not be previewed on

the little preview window.  To actually see the time overlay,  you must
close and start again the Videum Capture applet.

Figure 5.3 shows you how it will look like on your video(s).
