Have the power supply checked by a
qualified electrician.

Error in the time setting on the
reader.
Synchronise the time of the cylinder.

Prerequisites:

Masterkey has been lost.

Active key which is to be converted into the Masterkey is ready at
hand.
•
Activation card is ready at hand.
•
Active keys for the locking system are at hand.
