Intended use
1.
The product is designed for locking objects such as luggage. It enables comfortable handling without keys for
low to medium security requirements. The lock is suitable as a TSA lock for flight travel. One of the bolts always
stays attached to the luggage so that the lock will not be lost.
For safety purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the product for purposes other
than those described above, the product may be damaged. Read the instructions carefully and keep them.
Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.

To set a combination that is as secure as possible, select a combination from three different numbers.

Avoid combinations such as your birth date.
The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity, moisture,

flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
Handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can damage the product.

Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected to the
•
product.
Miscellaneous
Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the device.

Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an expert or at a qualified

shop.

Operation

Enter the combination 0-0-0 for the initial opening of the lock. If you have

already set a combination, enter this instead. The numbers have to form a
vertical line.
After entering the number combination you can enter a new combination. On

the side of the lock there is a release button for the number combination. Press
the release button using a suitable tool and hold it. Enter a new combination.
Once the release button is released, the new combination is set. Turn the
number wheels randomly to lock the lock.
Enter the correct combination and open the bolt (1) of the lock. When the bolt

has been opened, the release switch (3) for the bolt (2) is exposed. It is located
at the rear of the lock. Use a suitable tool to push the release switch (3) to the
side and thus open the bolt (2).

Attach the lock with bolt (2) to one of the double zippers of your piece of

luggage. Close the bolt (2). Attach bolt (1) to the other zipper. Close bolt (1) and
turn the number wheels randomly.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
1.
Das Produkt dient zum Verriegeln von Gegenständen wie Gepäck. Es ermöglicht einen komfortablen Einsatz
ohne Schlüssel bei einem niedrigen bis mittleren Sicherheitsbedürfnis. Das Schloss ist als TSA-Schloss für
Flugreisen geeignet. Dabei bleibt einer der beiden Riegel stets am Gepäck befestigt, so dass das Schloss
nicht verloren gehen kann.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen dürfen Sie das Produkt nicht umbauen und/oder verändern. Falls Sie das Produkt für
andere Zwecke verwenden, als zuvor beschrieben, kann das Produkt beschädigt werden. Lesen Sie sich die
Bedienungsanleitung genau durch und bewahren Sie diese auf. Reichen Sie das Produkt nur zusammen mit
der Bedienungsanleitung an dritte Personen weiter.

Um den Zahlencode so sicher wie möglich zu gestalten, wählen sie eine Kombination aus drei

verschiedenen Zahlen. Vermeiden Sie Kombinationen wie ihren Geburtstag.
Das Produkt ist kein Spielzeug. Halten Sie es von Kindern und Haustieren fern.

Schützen Sie das Produkt vor extremen Temperaturen, direktem Sonnenlicht, starken Erschütterungen,
•
hoher Feuchtigkeit, Nässe, brennbaren Gasen, Dämpfen und Lösungsmitteln.
Gehen Sie vorsichtig mit dem Produkt um. Durch Stöße, Schläge oder dem Fall aus bereits geringer Höhe
•
wird es beschädigt.
Beachten Sie auch die Sicherheitshinweise und Bedienungsanleitungen der übrigen Geräte, an die das

Produkt angeschlossen wird.
Sonstiges
Wenden Sie sich an eine Fachkraft, wenn Sie Zweifel über die Arbeitsweise, die Sicherheit oder den

Inbetriebnahme

Geben Sie die Kombination 0-0-0 ein, um das Schloss beim ersten Mal zu

öffnen. Wenn Sie bereits eine Kombination eingestellt haben, geben Sie diese
ein. Die Zahlen müssen sich in einer vertikalen Linie nebeneinander befinden.
Wenn Sie die Zahlenkombination eingegeben haben, können Sie eine
2.
neue Kombination einstellen. An der Seite des Schlosses befindet sich
der Entriegelungsknopf für die Zahlenkombination. Drücken Sie den
Entriegelungsknopf mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug herunter und halten
Sie ihn gedrückt. Stellen Sie eine neue Kombination ein. Sobald Sie den
Entriegelungsknopf loslassen, ist die neue Kombination eingestellt. Verstellen
Sie wahllos die Zahlenrädchen, um das Schloss zu schließen.
Geben Sie die richtige Kombination ein und öffnen Sie Riegel (1) des Schlosses.

Sobald der Riegel geöffnet ist, wird der Entriegelungschalter (3) für den Riegel
(2) freigelegt. Er befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Schlosses. Benutzen
Sie ein geeignetes Werkzeug, um den Entriegelungsschalter (3) zur Seite zu
schieben und dadurch den Riegel (2) zu öffnen.

Bringen Sie das Schloss mit dem Riegel (2) an einem der Doppelreißverschlüsse

ihres Gepäckstückes an. Schließen Sie den Riegel (2). Befestigen Sie den
Riegel (1) am anderen Reißverschluss. Schließen Sie den Riegel (1) und
verstellen Sie die Zahlenrädchen wahllos.
