6.6 Parental Control Menu
Press the
Menu
button to open the OSD main menu. Press the
X
button four times to select the
lock icon, then press
Enter
to open the
Parental Control
menu.
The
Parental Control
menu allows you to set ratings that block programming that you feel is
inappropriate for your viewing audience such as programs and movies containing violence, adult
language and nudity.
Press the
T
or
S
button to select an item in this menu and make your changes. The following
table describes all of the items in this menu.

Locks or unlocks the parental control.

Lock Menu
When you lock the parental control for the first
time, you will be prompted to enter a password.
Press four number buttons to
enter your password.
MPAA Rating
Sets the rating level. All levels beyond the
selected level will be blocked unless the correct
password is entered.
G
: General Audience.
PG
: Parental guidance suggested.
PG-13
: Recommended for children 13 years of
age and older.
NC-17
: No one under 17 years of age.
X
: No one under 17 years of age.
