OVEN ASSEMBLY

Dry assemble the oven at a convenient
location to ensure a proper fit. Assemble
the oven sections sequentially. Refer to the
illustration to the right.
8.
Place the hearth section(1) at the desired
location on top of the 1” heat stopper
board. Mark this location incase the base
is accidentally moved. Make sure that the
heat stopper surface is level. If the shelf is
not level you may add sand to level the
hearth.
9.
Squeeze adequate amount of fireplace
mortar evenly on the seam of section (1).
Be certain that the base is in its marked
location and fit the pieces together.
10.
Push the hearth section(2) tightly against section(1) as shown in the illustration below. Wipe away
any excess mortar from the surface with a damp towel. Do not move the hearth thereafter.
11.
Set dome section(3) in place; apply the fireplace mortar to the applicable outer edge of
hearth generously. Refer to the illustrations below.
