WiFi Setup
Note: A Windows laptop is required for setup if the installation includes a WiFi or GSM connection.
The Mote has an internal website address for configuring settings. Connect your PC to the Mote using
the MiniUSB cable supplied and connect to the Mote internal webserver via a browser such as Internet
Explorer or Google Chrome.
On the Mote Configuration page, scan for available networks, and add your network (Figure 20).
Networks can be deleted or reconnected to the Mote (Figure 21). The WiFi should connect and
transfer Mote data to the Wildlife Computers portal.
