Machines without a drain pump

When the machine is switched off, the number of baskets washed is displayed for
around 5 seconds.

The upper display then shows "Sd", which indicates that the machine is in shut-
down mode. For 5 minutes, the machine will still be powered on. Emptying and
internal  cleaning  must  be  done  within  this  time.  The  time  until  the  machine  is
powered  off  is  counted  down  with  a  flashing  bar  on  the  lower  display.  The
machine then switches off automatically.

Open the hood. Remove the filters and cover plates (13) and the filter (23).
Empty the washing tank by turning the level pipe (12) a quarter of a turn.
Press button 0/1 (9).

Close  the  hood.  Press  the  button  “Wine  glasses”  (P3)  (8).  The  upper
display will show “SC”, the internal rinsing will start and the tank for the
recirculating rinsing will be emptied. The lower display shows the remaining
rinsing time. When rinsing has finished, the hood opens automatically if the
machine has an automatic hood lift, the panel goes out and the machine is
powered off.

Note: It is important to run the cleaning programme with button “Wine glasses”
(P3) to drain the recirculating rinse tank of water. If this is not done, the water will
spill out onto the floor when the filter (21) is to be cleaned.

Open the hood. Check that the washing and rinsing nozzles (15, 17) are
clean and that no objects have fallen and lodged in the machine. Check
also  that  the  collection  channel  for  water  around  the  top  edge  of  the
dishwasher is clean.

Clean the level pipe (12), cover plates and filters (13).

Store the cleaned parts in a washing basket. Ensure that the level pipe’s
rubber seal (11) does not become deformed, by allowing it to hang free.

Leave the machine with the hood open.
