FULL VACUUM OPERATION

1. 

Press the Full Vacuum button. The button will illuminate. 

2. 

Apply light pressure to the lid. Press the Start button. The pump will 

begin removing air while the LED Vacuum Time Monitor begins to count up. 

The monitor will count up starting at 00 until the air is completely removed 

from the bag. 

3. 

The bag sealing process will now automatically begin. The LED Seal 

Time Monitor will begin to count down either from the default recommended 

time of 3 seconds, or the Seal Time that you set.

4. 

Once the Seal Monitor has reached 0, the sealer will automatically stop 

the pump and release vac pressure. 

SETTING SEAL TIME

1. 

With the machine powered on, press the Seal Time button. The button will 

illuminate (if you do not adjust the time within 3 seconds, the light will turn off)

2. 

Use +/- to adjust the number of seconds the seal bar will engage. The 

default, recommended seal time is 3 seconds. Follow guidelines for testing your 

bag seal (page 10) to determine  optimal seal time for your current vacuum 

sealing project.

The Seal Time button allows you to set Seal Time for all vacuum functions 

(Full Vacuum, customized Vacuum Time & Pulse). The seal time will 

maintain your selected setting even if you switch from one vacuum 

function to another.

CUSTOMIZING VACUUM TIME

1. 

Press the Vacuum Time button. The button will illuminate (if you do not 

adjust the time within 3 seconds, the light will turn off)

2. 

 Use the +/- buttons to adjust the vacuum time to your preference (in 

seconds).

3. 

Apply light pressure to the lid. Press the Start button. The vacuum time 

light will no longer stay illuminated. The pump will begin removing air while the 

LED Vacuum Time Monitor begins to count down.The monitor will count down 

starting at your chosen setting until the air is completely removed from the bag. 

4. 

The bag sealing process will now automatically begin. The LED Seal 

Time Monitor will begin to count down either from the default recommended 

time of 3 seconds, or the Seal Time that you set. 

5. 

Once the Seal monitor has reached 0, the sealer will automatically stop the 

pump and release vac pressure.

VACUUM PULSE OPERATION

1. 

Press and release the pulse button. The pump will engage each time you 

press the button. Air will gradually be removed. Continue to press the button 

until you have removed the desired amount of air. 

2. 

Press the Manual Seal button to seal your bag. 

3. 

The bag sealing process will now automatically begin. The LED Seal 

Time Monitor will begin to count down either from the default recommended 

time of 3 seconds, or the Seal Time that you set. 

4. 

Once the Seal monitor has reached 0, the sealer will automatically stop the 

pump and release vac pressure. 

FOLLOW THESE STEPS FIRST FOR ALL VACUUM OPERATIONS:

1. Ensure that the unit is plugged in & turned on. 2. Place items into a vacuum bag.  

3. Allow at least 2" (5 cm) at the open end of the bag. Do not cover the vacuum ports.  

4. Close the lid and check that the bag opening is in the center of the Vacuum Chamber.  

You are now ready to use Full Vacuum, custom Vacuum Time and Pulse operations.

Do not attempt to pull the lid open before the vacuum has been released. Always wait at 

least 30 seconds before sealing another bag to avoid overheating. Leave lid open to allow
