Before first Use
Remove the trouble code reader from the packaging and dispose off
packaging material. Plastic bags etc. may become a deadly toy for
children.
Make sure the vehicle is OBD
II
compliant and has 16-pin DLC (Data Link
Connector). The Vehicle Emission Control Information Label (VECI label)
must state that the vehicle is OBD
II
compliant.
To determine where the DLC is situated, read the vehicle’s owner manual,
ask your car repair shop or surf the internet.
