Assembling
Assembling
The dust extractor is delivered partly assembled. After unpacking check if
the delivery is complete according to the pictures on page III/IV of this
manual. Before assembly inspect the unit for damages in transit. It is
especially advisable to check that the ventilator rotor turns without any
contact in its housing. The ventilator is easily reached and spun through the
exhaust opening of the ventilator housing (6).
1. Mount the castors to the base plate from
below. Use the screws (20), the washers
(21) and the nut (22).
2. The motor support (14) is mounted to the
base plate (7). The threads are cut into the
base plate by the factory. Use the screws
(16) and the washers (18).
3. Put motor and ventilator (6) on the motor
support (14) as shown in the picture.
4. The motor is attached to the support with
four screws. Mount the motor with the
screws (15), the nuts (17) and the washers
(18).
5. The ventilator housing is attached directly to the base plate. The
ventilator housing is attached with the screws (16) and the washers
(18).
