Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunc-
tions, damage or physical injury:
Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the
machine.
Please read the instruction manual carefully and do use the
coffee maker with timer only according to this manual.
The device must not be used by children from 0
– 8 of age. The
device can be used by children from 8 years and above, if they
are constantly supervised. The device can be used by persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and/or knowledge when they have been given super-
vision or instruction concerning the safe use of the device and
understand the resulting risks. The device and its connecting
cable should be kept away from children younger than 8 years.
Cleaning and maintenance should not be performed by children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with this device.
The device is not intended for continuous professional operation.
The device is intended to be used in closed rooms only and in
similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices
and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in
hotels, motels and other residential type environments; bed and
breakfast type environments. The use in any other way is not
considered as intended use.
Only use the provided accessories.
Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid and do not
use the device with wet hands.
Do not use the unit outdoors or near gas flames, hot plates or
other hot objects. Never place the unit on hot surfaces.
Place the coffee maker on a level surface during use. Do not
position the unit in a sink or on inclined surfaces.
Please switch OFF the unit and unplug it before cleaning or when
not in use. Let the coffee maker cool down before cleaning.
