Operation
Intended Use
This article is for decoration only. The article is not for household lighting. It is
only for indoor use!
Inserting the Batteries
1. Unscrew the small screw with a screwdriver and open the battery
compartment opening the latch and removing the cover. Insert three bat-
teries of the type LR6 (AA) into the battery compartment.
2. Close the battery compartment. Observe the polarity symbols in the
battery compartment. Re-tighten the small screw.
Operation
1. Put the lantern on a level and solid surface.
2. Set the ON/OFF switch to the “
ON
” position to start-up the ball with light
and music. All available music titles will be played in a sequence.
3. Set the ON/OFF switch to the “
MUSIC
” position to operate the ball with
light only. Set the ON/OFF switch to the “
OFF
” position to switch off the
device.
External Power Supply
You can also use a suitable external power mains adaptor to operate the
lantern.
The adaptor must be equipped with a plug of a diameter of 3.5 x 1.5 mm with
central plus pole and a power output of 4.5 V direct current.
Please also
observe the safety notes of the manufacturer of the power mains
adaptor.
Cleaning and Storing
Clean the lantern only with a soft dry cloth or with a suitable soft brush. Do
not use detergents or chemicals as this may damage the surfaces.
Store the lantern indoors in a dry place that is protected from dust, dirt and
extreme temperatures. Store the Ball out of reach of children.
