Operation
The temperature range is from -50° C up to 250° C
resp. from -58° F up to 482° F.
4. Press the button
S/S
to save the setting.
The display will show
PGM
, the target temperature
(
ALERT TEMP
) and the current measured cooking tem-
perature (
COOK TEMP
).
When the target temperature is reached you will
hear the alarm sound.
5. Press any button to interrupt the alarm and stop
cooking process.
Using the Measuring Probe in the Oven
The measuring probe is heat-resistant up to 250° C
and can remain in the oven during cooking.
1. Insert the measuring probe of the thermometer at
least 2 cm deep into the thickest part of the meat.
The thermometer will show the current measured
temperature (
COOK TEMP
) of the meat and the target
temperature (
ALERT TEMP
).
2. If the target temperature is reached, remove the
meat from the oven and take out the measuring
probe. Please wear oven mitts. There is risk of
burns!
