Using the Saw Blade
1. For using the saw blade, mount the
blade on the pole by using the provided
saw blade holder.
2. Tighten the nuts.
3. If you do not use the saw blade,
unscrew the blade holder. So the saw
blade will not disturb you while cutting
with the tree pruner.
When using the saw blade for cutting,
do not start the cut with the tip of the saw blade but rather with the
back end as the saw blade
cuts on “pull stroke”.
Use steady, gentle pulls and only little pressure when cutting
branches.
When cutting wild-growing wood or making deep cuts, make sure
the saw blade does not become jammed.
Do not apply too much pressure on the saw blade. The teeth of the
saw blade can break or the saw blade can get bent.
Telescopic Pole
1. Lift up the quick locking of the telescopic pole and
pull out the pole up to the desired length.
2. Fold down the quick locking in order to lock the pole
to the desired length.
Attention! It might be necessary to lift up the quick
locking first, turn it a few times clockwise and fold
down again in order to be able to lock the telescopic
pole.
Maintenance, Cleaning and Storing
Tighten all nuts and screws.
Keep dirt, moisture and raw sap from the blades, as this will lead to
corrosion. Corrosion will make cuts difficult and lead to disease
