Operating
Intended Use
The grease gun has been exclusively designed to forward grease.
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating instruc-
tions.
Any further use (different media, applying force) or unauthorised changes
(reconstruction, no original accessories) can lead to danger and are meant to
be not in accordance with regulations.
Before first Use
Unpack the grease gun and check all parts for any damage in transit. Dispose of
packaging materials or store it out of reach of children. Plastic bags etc. may
become a deadly toy for children.
Add oil daily through air fitting before use (use an oil-fog lubricator for example).
Loading Methods
Cartridge Loading
1. Screw the container tube (B) counter clockwise from the head (H) of the gun.
2. Draw back the plunger handle (C) entirely.
3. Insert the open end of the cartridge into the container tube (B) and push it all
the way in. Remove the seal from the cartridge.
4. Reassemble the container tube to the head of the gun.
5. Press the catch plate (I) and release the plunger rod.
6. Keep pressing the catch plate (I) and push down the plunger handle (C) as far
as possible.
Loading with Filler Pump
1. Draw back the plunger handle (C) entirely.
2. Unscrew the round plug (J) at the head of the gun.
3. Insert the filler spout from the filler pump.
4. Operate the filler pump to fill the container tube.
5. Disconnect the grease gun from the filler pump.
6. Screw the round plug (J) on the head of the gun to close the opening.
7. Press the catch plate (I) and release the plunger rod.
8. Keep pressing the catch plate (I) and push down the plunger handle (C) as far
as possible.
