Operation
Turning ON/OFF
1. Press the main switch (5) to start the impact screwdriver. Release
the trigger to switch off the impact screwdriver. The rotation speed
can be varied by pressing the main switch trigger. The more the
trigger is pressed, the faster the rotation speed will be.
2. The rotating direction switch (4) can only be pressed when the main
switch (5) has been released. Use the rotating direction button to
switch between clockwise and counter clockwise rotation. With the
rotation direction button in the central position the trigger is locked
and cannot be pressed. Use this position before you put down the
impact screwdriver, to avoid unintentional starting.
3. Important! The impact screwdriver has to come to a complete stop
before the rotating direction button can be used, otherwise the
impact screwdriver may be damaged.
Attaching Box Nuts and Screwing Attachments
Use only box nuts or screwing attachments which are designed to be
used with impact screwdrivers. Other box nuts or screwing attachments
may be destroyed when used with an impact screwdriver and may
cause damage or injury.
Box nut suitable for impact screwdrivers can be purchased from
Westfalia, e.g. under the article number 367110.
Working LED
When pressing the main switch trigger the work LED (4) turns on
automatically in order to light up the working area.
