Operation
Intended Use
This impact wrench is primarily intended to loosen seized bolts and
nuts. If you use it to tighten bolts or nuts please keep in mind that the
impact screwdriver reaches torques of up to 190 Nm and may damage
many connections and devices.
Charging the Battery
The rechargeable battery (9) must be charged before the first use. Only
use the provided charger and power supply unit to charge the battery.
1. Connect the charger (10) with power mains.
2. Insert the battery into the charger. The green charging indicator
flashes to indicate that the battery is charged. On the Battery the
LEDs of the battery power indicator light up.
3. While charging, the battery and the charger become lightly warm.
After charging process the charging indicator lights up continuously
to show that the battery is fully charged. Charging process takes
approx. 1 hour. Remove the battery from the charger and unplug
from power mains.
Inserting and Removing the Battery
1. Insert the battery into the slot of the impact screwdriver. Do not
apply force when inserting the battery into the slot. Iserting can be
achieveed easily and without resistance.
2. The battery must be inserted completely until the battery release clip
(8) automatically audibly locks into place. To remove the battery
press the battery release clip and pull out the battery.
Checking the Battery Charging Level
The 3 red LEDs of the battery power indicator (2) show the charging
level of the battery. When the battery starts to run low, the LEDs will
start to tunrn off. To check the charging state of the battery away from
the machine, just press the button next to the LEDs.
