WARRANTY
Western CO. srl guarantees the good quality and good construction of the Products by obliging, during the warranty
period of 5 (five) years, to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, free of charge, those parts which, due to bad quality of
the material or due to manufacturing defect proved flawed.
The defective product must be sent back to Western CO. srl or to a company delegated by Western CO. srl to provide
assistance on the product, at the customer's expense, together with a copy of the sales invoice, both for repair and
replacement guaranteed. The costs of re-installing the material will be borne by the customer.
Western CO. srl will bear the costs of re-shipping the repaired or replaced product.
The guarantee does not cover Products which, according to our discretion, are defective due to natural wear and tear,
which present faults caused by inexperience or negligence of the customer, from imperfect installation, from tampering,
from incorrect maintenance of the system or interventions other than instructions provided by us.
The warranty also lapses in the event of damage deriving from:
-transport and / or bad storage of the product.
-cause of force majeure or catastrophic events (frost for temperatures below -20 ° C, fire, floods, lightning, vandalism,
etc ...).
All the aforementioned guarantees are the only and exclusive agreement that supersedes any other verbal or
written
proposal or agreement and any other communication made between the manufacturer and the buyer in relation to
the above.
For any controversy, the competent court is Ascoli Piceno.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Western CO. as manufacturer of the electrical device described in this manual, and in
compliance with Legislative Decree 25/07/05 n 151, informs the buyer that this product, once
disposed of, must be delivered to an authorized collection center or, in case purchase of
equivalent equipment can be returned free of charge to the distributor of the new equipment.
The penalties for those who illegally get rid of an electronic refusal will be applied by individual
municipal administrations.
