CLEANING CYCLE (OPTION)
When a pump or compressor (if fitted) is activated by pressing a but-
ton, a 30-minute cleaning cycle is initiated once the pump or com-
pressor has been switched off or a timeout limit reached. The pump
and the ozone generator run for 30 minutes (unless a programmed
filter cycle is already running).
ADJUST THE SET TEMPERATURE
When you are using a panel with Up and Down buttons (temperature
buttons), the temperature will flash while you are pressing them.
If you press once more on a temperature button, the set temperature
will be adjusted in the direction indicated by the button. When the
LCD display stops flashing, the spa will heat the water to the newly
set temperature if required.
The temperature can be set between 16°C and 40°C.
PRESS AND HOLD
If a temperature button is pressed and held down while the tem-
perature is flashing, the temperature will continue to change until the
button is released. If only one temperature button is available and the
limit of the temperature range is reached while the button is being
held down, the process will reverse direction.
For heating the water in the spa, a pump is required to circulate
the water through the heater. The pump that does this is called the
“heater pump”. The pump may either be a two-speed Pump 1 or a
circulation pump. If the heater pump is a two-speed Pump 1, READY
MODE will circulate the water every half an hour, using a low speed
for Pump 1, in order to maintain a constant water temperature, heat
it up if required and update the temperature display. This is termed
“polling”. REST mode allows heating only during programmed filter
cycles. As no polling is taking place, it is possible that the current
temperature may not be shown on the temperature display until the
heater pump has been running for a minute or two.
CIRCULATION MODE
If the spa has been configured with 24-hour circulation, the heater
pump will normally run continuously. As the heater pump is always
running, the spa will retain the set temperature and will be heated if
required in READY mode without polling.
In REST mode, the spa will only be heated to the set temperature
during programmed filter cycles, even though the water is being
constantly filtered in circulation mode.

REST mode does not poll, and heating runs only during filter cycles.
The panel does not always display the current temperature.
1 hr
The main screen displays RUN PUMP FOR TEMP if the filtering
pump has not been run for one hour.
The main screen is displayed normally in filter cycles and when the
spa is in use.
If the filter pump has not run for an hour or more and a function
button, EXCEPT Light, is pressed on the panel, the pump will
run together with the heater in order to identify and display the
temperature.
READY MODE AND REST MODE
READY/REST is shown on the display if the display is in rest mode
and Jets is pressed. It is assumed that the spa is in use and heating
takes place to the set temperature. Pump 1 High can be switched
on and off, but Pump 1 Low runs until the set temperature has been
reached, or for one hour. After one hour, the system returns to rest
mode. This mode can also be reset via the mode menu and mode
selection.
