fects caused by parts that have worn out from
use other types of natural wear.

The
HVLP turbine paint spray gun
with de-
fects caused by failure to observe the instruc-
tions for use and operation, or for applications
other than those for which the
HVLP turbine
paint spray gun is intended, abnormal envi-
ronmental factors, overloading, or unsuitable
maintenance or cleaning.
►
The HVLP turbine paint spray gun with
faults caused by the use of spare parts, ac-
cessories or replacements that are not original
Werku® parts.
►
The HVLP turbine paint spray gun that has
been totally or partially disassembled, modified
or repaired by personnel other than that of the
Technical Assistance Service.
►
The
HVLP turbine paint spray gun
with mini-
mum and irrelevant irregularities for suitable use
or operation.
Other conditions.

This commercial guarantee also includes the
following conditions:

Repairs and replacements will not extend or
renew the validity period of this commercial
guarantee.
►
The replaced
HVLP turbine paint spray gun
and parts will become the property of Werku®.
►
If the buyer sends the HVLP turbine paint
spray gun
to the Technical Assistance Service,
and the HVLP turbine paint spray gun fails
to comply with the conditions of this commer-
cial guarantee, all expenses and transportation
risks shall be paid by the buyer.
Geographical limitation.

This commercial guarantee is only valid wi-
thin the territory of the European Union.
