3. INSTALLATION
Please read these instructions carefully before using the
device.
This must be carried out by qualified personnel. All
connections must be made in accordance with the
applicable regulations and in full compliance with the safety
regulations (CEI Regulation 26-10 - CENELEC HD 427).
- Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the
voltage indicated on the rating plate.
- When installing a plug, make sure it has a suitable capacity
and connect the yellow/green conductor of the power cable
to the grounding pin.
WARNING! Extension cables up to 30 m must be at least 2.5
mm2 in diameter.

16 Welding output mode button: Sets the power source to MMA,
MMA VRD or Lift TIG mode.
3.2 MMA-WELDING
- This welding machine is suitable for welding all types of
electrodes, with the exception of cellulose electrodes.
- Make sure that the switch (12) is set to On and then
connect the welding cables, ensuring that the polarity
prescribed by the manufacturer of the electrodes used is
respected.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Connect the ground cable with the workpiece clamp
(ground clamp) to the negative Din-Coupling (10) and
ensure good contact to ensure trouble-free operation of
the equipment and to avoid voltage drops with the
workpiece.
- Close the electrode cable with the electrode base
(welding tongs) to the positive Din-Coupling (11).
- Check that the correct mains voltage corresponds to the
welding machine.
- Do not touch the welding torch or electrode holder and
the ground connection at the same time.
- Set the selector switch (5) to MMA (right).
- Switch the machine on with the switch (12).
- Set the welding current with button (1).
Never forget to switch off the machine and remove the
electrode from the clamp after welding.
3.3 TIG WELDING
- This welding machine is suitable for Tig welding according
to the scratch principle of the following materials with the
TIG process: stainless steel, iron, copper.
- Check that the correct mains voltage corresponds to the
welding machine.
- Do not touch the welding torch or electrode clamp holder
and the ground connection at the same time.
- Connect the ground cable to the positive pole (+) of the
welding machine and connect the clamp to the workpiece,
as close to the welding point as possible.
For TIG welding, use a Lift Arc TIG torch with built-in
throttle valve.
- Connect the Tig Welding Torch to the negative pole (-) of
the welding machine.
- Connect the gas hose to the tulle of the pressure
regulator, which in turn is connected to an ARGON cylinder.
- Press the Tig torch switch and adjust the gas flow.
- Use a tungsten electrode suitable for steel and stainless
steel e.g. an electrode with 2% cerium, with a diameter of
1.6 mm (1/16").
- Set the selector switch (7) to TIG (left).
- Switch the machine on with the switch (12).
- Set the welding current with button (1).
- Bring the welding arc into contact with the workpiece and
make firm and quick movements.
Do not forget to switch off the machine and close the gas
cylinder valve after welding.
