User notes

This manual is necessary for the proper operation of the device and should be stored at

the place of use.

This manual must be read carefully before commissioning, installation and mounting as

well as before changing the configuration setting of the device. The notes in the corre-

sponding sections must be observed.

It is supplemented by the short manual for the WEM-KNX Gateway.

1.1

Target group

This operating manual is intended for operators and qualified specialists. It must be ob-

served by all persons who use the device.

Installing and configuring the device may only be carried out by persons that have the

necessary training or instruction.

It is recommended that you participate in the standardized courses of a KNX-certified

training center before installing, programming and commissioning a KNX system. Here,

the participant acquires the necessary knowledge and skills through practical exercises,

which are also necessary for troubleshooting.
