8 Troubleshooting
If a fault cannot be resolved by means of the ac-
tions described here, please refer to Weidmüller

8.1 Fault table

No power supply
► Check the power cable and the mains con-
nections.
► Check fuses.
Increased scrap
Cutting blade damaged or blunt.
► Replace the blade (see section 8.3).
Setting shifted
► Check the setting.
Length deviation
Worn toothed belt
► Replace the toothed belt.
Slip
► Perform a slip correction
(see section 5.13).
Motor blocked.
Cable feed sluggish
► Check the cable feed.
► Adjust the speed of the cable feed.
