ASSEMBLY

Read these instructions and this manual in its 
entirety before you attempt to assemble or ope-
rate your new lawn mower.

IMPORTANT:

 

THIS LAWN MOWER IS SHIPPED 

WITHOUT OIL OR GASOLINE IN THE ENGINE. 
Your new lawn mower has been assembled at the 
factory with the exception of those parts left unass-
embled for shipping purposes. All parts such as nuts,

 washers, bolts, etc., necessary to complete the ass-

embly have been placed in the parts bag. To ensure 
safe and proper operation of your lawn mower, All   
parts and hardware you assemble must be tightened 
securely. Use the correct tools as necessary to en-
sure proper tightness.

I.TO REMOVE LAWN MOWER FROM 
CARTON

l

Remove loose parts included with mower.

l

Cut down two end corners of carton and lay end 

panel down flat.

l

Remove all packing materials except padding 

between upper and lower handle and padding holding
operator presence control bar to upper handle. 

l

Roll lawn mower out of carton and check carton 

thoroughly for additional loose parts. 

II. HOW TO SET UP YOUR LAWN MOWER 

IMPORTANT:  

UNFOLD HANDLE CAREFULLY 

SO AS NOT TO PINCH OR DAMAGE CONTROL 
CABLES.

Your handles may be adjusted for your mowing 

comfort. Refer to Service and Adjustments section 
of this manual.(

except 2in1 mower)

CAUTION: Wear protective gloves during 
operation of setting up your mower.

III.TO ASSEMBLE GRASS CATCHER

l

Put grass catcher frame into grass bag with rigid 

part of bag on the bottom. Make sure the frame han
dle is outside of the bag top.

l

Slip vinyl bindings over frame.

NOTE:

 

If vinyl bindings are too stiff, hold them in

 warm water for a few minutes. If bag gets wet, let
 it dry before using.

IV. ASSEMBLE ENGINE STARTER KNOB

l

Press down engine brake handle by left hand, and 

meanwhile pull the knob of starter rope back to the 
hook ring on upper handle, assemble. The rope into 
the hook r ing through the opening of hook ring.

Always keep starter rope in hook ring during all

The safety position of start-

ing engine is at the back of upper handle. 
Users must keep the rope always in the 

middle of the hook ring during starting engine 
and mowing work. It is danger to starting engine 

away from the safety position, which will lead to

  the risk of feet hurting.

CAUTION

: Unfold the handle carefully to avoid pinching 

and damaging the control cables.

Remove any packing material from around control bar.

Lift and unfold upper handle to desired height

THE MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBERS WILL BE FOUND 
ON A DECAL ATTACHED TO THE REAR OF THE 
LAWNMOWER HOUSING.

YOU SHOULD RECORD BOTH SERIAL NUMBER AND 
DATE OF PURCHASE AND KEEP IN A SAFE PLACE FOR 
FUTURE REFERENCE.

We recommend that you write down the serial number 
and purchase date in your user manual, so that you will 
always have it at hand.

Note

The lawnmowers' net weight is depending on the different model of engine.

only be used for the maintenance of grass or lawns

 does not coincide completely with your machine.

           Residual risks

           Even when the power tool is used as prescribed 
it is not possible to eliminate all residual risk factors. 
The following hazards may arise in connection with
 the power tool's construction and design:
1.Damage to lungs if an effective dust mask is  not worn.
2.Damage to hearing if effective hearing protection 

is not worn.

3.Damages to health resulting from vibration emission 

if the power tool is being  used over longer period of 
time or not adequately managed and properly 
maintained.

Close the side discharge door. The grass will be 
c u t   m u l t i p l e  t i m e s   u n d e r  t h e   c u t t i n g  d e c k   u n t i l 
small enough to be left on the lawn. The mulched 
grass will soon decay, becoming fertilizer for the 

promotion of better grass growth.
