Fault/Alarm
Description
Possible Causes
A138:
(2)
Profibus DP Interface in Clear
Mode
It indicates that the inverter received the command
from the DP Profibus network master to go into
Clear mode.
Check the network master status, ensuring it is
in the run mode.
For further information, refer to the Profibus DP
communication manual.
A139:
(2)
Profibus DP Interface Offline
It indicates interruption in the communication
between the DP Profibus network master and the
inverter.
Check if the network master is correctly
configured and operating properly.
Check the network installation in general -
cabling, grounding.
For further information, refer to the Profibus DP
communication manual.
A140:
(2)
Profibus DP Module Access
Error
It indicates error in the access to the data of the
DP Profibus communication module.
Check if the DP profibus module is correctly
fitted in slot 3.
For further information, refer to the Profibus DP
communication manual.
F150:
Motor Overspeed
Overspeed Fault.
Enabled when the real speed exceeds the value of
P0134 x (100 % + P0132) for more than 20 ms.
Incorrect setting of P0161 and/or P0162.
F151:
Flash Memory Module Fault
Fault on the Flash Memory Module (MMF-01).
Flash memory module defective.
Flash memory module not well fitted.
A152:
High Internal Air Temperature
High internal air temperature alarm.
Measured temperature above 75 ºC (167 °F).
Note:
- It can be disabled by setting P0353 = 1 or
High ambient temperature around the inverter
(> 45 °C (113 °F)).
High temperature inside the panel (> 45 °C
(113 °F)).
F153:
Overtemp. Internal Air
Internal air overtemperature fault.
Measured temperature above 80 ºC (176 °F).
A156:
Undertemperature
Only one sensor indicates temperature below
-30 °C.
Ambient temperature around the inverter ≤
-30 °C (-22 °F).
F156:
Undertemperature
Undertemperature fault measured on the IGBT
temperature sensors (-22 °F).
Ambient temperature around the inverter ≤
-30 °C (-22 °F).
F160:
Safety Stop Relay
Fault on the Safety Stop relays.
One of the relays is defective or without the
+24 Vdc voltage on the coil.
F161:
PLC11 CFW-11 Timeout
Refer to the programming manual of the PLC11-01 module available on
www.weg.net
.
A162:
Incompatible PLC Firmware
A163:
Broken Wire AI1
It indicates that AI1 current reference (4-20 mA or
20-4 mA) is out of the range from 4 to 20 mA.
Cable of AI1 broken.
Poor contact on the signal connection on the
terminals.
A164:
Broken Wire AI2
It indicates that AI2 current reference (4-20 mA or
20-4 mA) is out of the range from 4 to 20 mA.
Cable of AI2 broken.
Poor contact on the signal connection on the
terminals.
A165:
Broken Wire AI3
It indicates that AI3 current reference (4-20 mA or
20-4 mA) is out of the range from 4 to 20 mA.
Cable of AI3 broken.
Poor contact on the signal connection on the
terminals.
A166:
Broken Wire AI4
It indicates that AI4 current reference (4-20 mA or
20-4 mA) is out of the range from 4 to 20 mA.
Cable of AI4 broken.
Poor contact on the signal connection on the
terminals.
A181:
Clock with Invalid Value
Alarm of clock with wrong time.
Necessary to set the date and time in P0194 to
P0199
HMI battery low, defective or not installed.
F182:
Pulse Feedback Fault
Fault in the output pulse feedback.
Defect on the internal circuits of the inverter.
F183:
Overload
