6. Operating information
Information about programming the control unit and general
operation can be found in the technical documentation enclosed
with this operating manual. The separate technical documentation
is an integral part of this operating manual. If this manual is miss-
ing, a new manual must be requested from wedi GmbH before
using the wedi Sanoasa Wellness Multicentre cabin.
All instructions on programming the steam generator must be
performed as described below:
6.1
The control unit with operating elements on the
display
1 LIGHT for switching the lights on/off (non-functional)
2 ON/ OFF for switching the steam generator on/off
3 TEMP for setting the temperature
4 TIME for setting the time
5 DOWN for reducing the temperature/time
6 UP for increasing the temperature/time
7 Display
The code lock for preventing adjustment of the set temperature:
1. First set the desired temperature (as mentioned above).
2. Then wait for at least 20 seconds. Keep the DOWN button (5)
pressed and press TEMP (3) at the same time. The code lock,
which prevents changes to the temperature setting, is now ac-
tivated. The lock can be released again by pressing the DOWN
(5) and OFF (2) buttons at the same time.
6.2
Switching on the LED lamps
The LED lamps are switched on and off by the integrated rocker
switch in the equipment room.
•
Short press of button: switches on/off (previous colour setting is
maintained)
•
2 x brief press of button: setting of all 3 colours to 100 %
•
Extended press of button: changes colours – one colour can
then be selected – the selected colour is then maintained
•
Button held for over 20 seconds: automatic colour sequence
6.3
Switching on the fibre-optic light guides
The fibre-optic lamps are switched on and off by the built-in tog-
gle switch in the equipment room. The colour sequence changes
independently.
6.4
Switching on the halogen spotlights
The halogen spotlights are switched on and off by the built-in
toggle switch in the equipment room.
6.5
Testing and troubleshooting
In the event of a malfunction, first check:
•
whether the dirt filter is clean. The filter sits in the mains water
connection. To clean, loosen the pipe connections, remove the
dirt filter and clean away any limescale and dirt particles.
•
whether the valve of the water pipe to the steam generator is
open.
•
whether all fuses in the fuse box are working.
•
whether the control unit is correctly set.
•
whether the built-in temperature cut-off has triggered.

Important information:
Before intervening in the device, make sure that the power supply is switched
off. Intervention may only be performed by a specialist company.
