Self-calibration of the machine

Before commissioning and at regular intervals, depending on the frequency of use, a self-
calibration must be carried out. A monthly self-calibration cycle is recommended for normal
workshop use. This ensures that the measurement results are correct.

1. To  calibrate,  use  a  15-inch  steel  wheel  (with  rim  +  tyre,  fully  assembled)  without

balancing weights and clamp it to the machine with the correct cone.

2. Press the "F" and "C" keys simultaneously until the following screen appears.

3. Close the wheel guard or press the green start button. The following figure appears after

the wheel has been braked.

4. Turn the wheel until all indicators on the right light up and a beep sounds. Now clip on

the supplied 100g calibration weight at the 12 o'clock position on the outside of the rim.
Close the wheel guard or press the green starter button. The following figure appears
after the wheel has been braked.

5. Turn the wheel until all indicators on the left side light up and a beep sounds. Now store

the supplied 100g calibration weight at the 12 o'clock position on the inside of the rim.
Close the wheel guard or press the green starter button. The following screen appears
after the wheel is braked and the calibration process is complete.
