Controlling the basic setting / checking the gab dimension
Risk of crushing due to unintentional start-up caused by human error.
Before starting maintenance and servicing work, the machine must be safely disconnected from
the power supply.
Malfunction, incorrect crimp due to incorrect setting / manipulation.
Observe the correct setting of the gap dimension. Do not turn the adjusting screw.
Gap dimensions are approximate.
Check the gap dimension using a feeler gauge
with the data on the machine.

Specifications on the machine agree with gap
measurement (feeler gauge).
Feeler gauge measurement is differing from
gap dimension data on the machine.
Pull the adjusting screw forwards out of the
catch.
To increase the gap: turn clockwise.
To reduce the gap: turn counterclockwise.
